The service call covers the technician’s trip to your home, a visual inspection of the problem area and a professional diagnosis of the issue. After that, we explain your options, estimated costs and next steps before any work begins.

Once we identify the exact problem, we’ll recommend the best solution for your home and review all warranty details before you approve the work. That way you know what is covered, for how long and under which conditions.

The service call fee is due at the time of the visit. If you move forward with the recommended work during that visit, the fee is applied as a credit on your invoice.
